Sentara RMH Hahn Oncology Center in Harrisonburg, VA, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collegial, outpatient-focused practice. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with one administrative day per week and a predominantly ambulatory clinic footprint with minimal inpatient consults.

The team of seven physicians and one nurse practitioner provides multidisciplinary, evidence-based cancer care using state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Hematology/Oncology.
• Outpatient, ambulatory clinic focus with minimal inpatient consults (<10%).
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cancer care in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Participate in a shared call schedule with the group.
• Deliver patient-centered oncology care in a high-volume practice.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $498,742.40 - $567,008.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
