Based at the Potomac Building of the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center campus, this opportunity offers the chance to practice high-quality, patient-centered oncology in a supportive and collegial environment. The practice includes a dedicated group of 2 physicians who provide personalized, evidence-based care in a modern setting designed to support both patients and providers. Physicians enjoy access to the latest treatment protocols ensuring patients receive advanced care while allowing providers to remain engaged at the forefront of oncology.

Sentara Norther Virginia Medical Center, located only 25 miles south of our Nation's Capital, offers unsurpassed professional, educational, and cultural amenities plus outstanding all-season recreation! We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $403,748.80 - $446,243.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., supporting excellent work-life balance, including one dedicated administrative day per week
