Fairview Health Services in Minnesota seeks a Hematology/Oncology physician to deliver high-quality patient care within the scope of practice. You will participate in multidisciplinary teams, ensure accurate documentation, and engage in ongoing quality improvement and education initiatives.
Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO with completed fellowship in Hematology/Oncology, and are eligible for Minnesota licensure and DEA certification.
The physician will participate in the provision of high quality medical and health care, interacting with professional colleagues to provide comprehensive care and service. Provide healthcare and treatment of patients within the scope of practice in Hematology and Oncology as defined by one's training and/or Board Certification. Model behaviors consistent with group practice and Fairview values.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
