Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Lafayette, CO seeks a board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologist to join our Rock Creek Medical Office. This full-time position offers four 10-hour days per week with an average of 18 patients per day in clinic and only 1–2 days of general ENT call per month.

We provide tertiary-level care with a collaborative, physician-led culture and an Epic EMR system. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, affordable healthcare to our members and Colorado communities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologist.
• Experience in head and neck surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive head and neck surgery care in a tertiary-level setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in limited ENT call (1–2 days per month).
• Work a full-time schedule with four 10-hour days per week.

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) seeks a board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologist. We prioritize an excellent work-life balance, with an average of 18 patients per day in the clinic and a schedule of four (4) 10-hour days per week. This is a unique opportunity to join our group, which provides outstanding tertiary-level care, with only 1-2 days of general ENT call required per month. This full-time position is located at our Rock Creek Medical Office.
