Geriatric and Palliative medicine physicians work to promote longevity, minimize illness, reduce preventable hospitalizations and readmissions, and coordinate care of elderly patients with serious or life-threatening illnesses.

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of a U.S. medical degree (MD or DO) or foreign equivalent, Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, and eligibility for Rhode Island medical license. Salary offered for this position is$177, 731.70per year.
