• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with shared after-hours phone call
• Outpatient-only setting with a manageable patient panel
• Lead and mentor a primary care team in a well-established senior-focused center
• On-site digital X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Doppler, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
• Clinical leadership role with direct patient care and provider development responsibilities
• Group practice employment with strong clinical-operations culture
• Collaborate with transitional care teams, case managers, and specialists for complex patients
