Job summary

Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist Physician for a 33-day assignment in Missouri. The role centers on hospital proceduralist duties and call coverage from 7a-7a, with 5-11 24-hour shifts per month to manage upper GI cases.

The position does not require ERCP or EUS procedures in hospital ED/call and clinic call settings. Board-certified Gastroenterology, Epic EMR, and clinic/call responsibilities are described along with staffing by 1 APP, 4 RNs, and 4 MAs.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Gastroenterology required.
• MD or DO with GI fellowship training.
• Experience with hospital-based GI procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hospital proceduralist and provide call coverage.
• Manage upper GI cases during shifts.
• No ERCP/EUS required for hospital ED/call and clinic call.
