Job summary

Qualifications

• RHIA, RHIT, CPC, OR CCS-P required.

Responsibilities

• Codes and abstracts professional fee hospital services from medical records.
• Maintains a 95% coding accuracy rate as measured by quality reviews.
• Maintains daily productivity and up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines.
