CompHealth is assisting a physician in Surprise, AZ, located about 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix, with an outpatient hospital-employed practice. The schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating shifts, and a manageable patient load with support from a dedicated medical assistant.

The CompHealth recruiter will help negotiate salary and contract, coordinate interviews, assist with licenses, and provide experienced support teams to streamline the process. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in family practice, internal medicine, or med-ped.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Located about 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix, Surprise is where you can connect all aspects of your life from family, work, and recreation. • Monday - Friday schedule with rotating shifts between 7 am - 3:30 pm and 11 am - 7:30 pm
• Manageable patient load of 16 - 22 patients per day with 6 patient contact hours
• Each physician has a dedicated medical assistant for practice support
