Job summary

CompHealth seeks a Board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our Phoenix, AZ network. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating shifts, a 40-hour week, and a manageable patient load across hub centers offering on-site CT, X-ray, lab, and more.

You will work with a dedicated medical assistant team, have the opportunity to supervise an NP, and enjoy CompHealth's guidance in contracts and interviews.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a family practice or internal medicine setting.
• Maintain a 40-hour week with 6 patient contact hours, 1 admin hour, and 1 lunch hour.
• Manage a patient load of 16–22 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a medical assistant team and support staff.
• Supervise an NP when applicable.
