Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a family physician for outpatient care in Goodyear, AZ. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating shifts (7:00–15:30 and 11:00–19:30) and a manageable patient load of 16–22 per day, with a dedicated medical assistant for every physician.

• Hospital-employed position with a dedicated medical assistant for each physician
• Access to comprehensive diagnostics including CT, X-ray, lab, stress testing, and endoscopy
• Outpatient-only setting with both scheduled and walk-in patient visits
• Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish language skills preferred
• Board-certified or board-eligible family practice physicians welcome to apply
• Performance-based bonuses paid twice yearly in addition to competitive compensation
