Join to apply for the Physician Family Practice role at CompHealth.

This position is with a regional healthcare system seeking primary care physicians for outpatient practice in Ohio. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm, with a flexible 4-day workweek of 10 hours per day. Clinics have on-site imaging and lab services.

The group is hiring board-certified or board-eligible (resident) physicians. You will see an average of 18 to 22 patients per day, with nurse practitioner supervisory stipends available.

Compensation includes a 2-year salary guarantee followed by RVU-based productivity, plus sign-on and quality/patient satisfaction bonuses. Benefits include malpractice insurance, health coverage, vacation, CME allowance, retirement plan, and relocation assistance.
