Need motivated, patient-focused FM or IM trained physicians to join our progressive primary care team.

Opportunities Available Throughout Our Service Area

We have positions across our multi-county north central PA service area, featuring well-designed facilities with on-site ancillary services and experienced colleagues.

1. Leadership and Support: Site-specific medical directors ensure a physician voice and partnership. Nurse coordinators support pre- and post-visit care, partnering with physicians to support high-need patients.
2. Work Model and Initiatives: Physician / APP partnership model aids in managing patient panels and work/life balance. Centralized prescription refill team, controlled substance program, nurse call center 24/7/365, and other initiatives help minimize physician "busy work".
3. Educational Opportunities: Family medicine residents, advanced care providers, and medical students can be included in your practice.

Compensation

• Base salary of $250,000 with lucrative productivity incentives.
• $150K commencement bonus + $100K retention bonus over 5 years, totaling $250K.
