Essenti Talent seeks a Physician - Family or Internal Medicine for Valparaiso, IN. Full-time with 1:10 call rotation, Monday–Friday, flexible schedule, relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities include preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinating with specialists in a tech-forward facility. Requires Indiana license, board certification status, and EPIC EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Board certification status required with plan for certification if not yet certified.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License with CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness checks, and immunizations for adults.
• Average clinic volume 15-30 patients per day.
• 1:10 call rotation.
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD.
• Diagnose and treat non-emergent illnesses and minor injuries.
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other screenings.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
