KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Physician - Family or Internal Medicine in Valparaiso, IN. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a flexible approach and a 1:10 call rotation in a high-quality, tech-forward healthcare environment.

You will provide comprehensive primary care, perform exams, vaccinations, and coordinate care with specialists, all while leveraging EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools in a Practice recognized for physician well-being and work-life

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Responsabilités

• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists
