Job summary

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group in California is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a physician-led, team-based practice. You will work with NPs and PAs to manage panelled patients, participate in virtual visits from home, and engage in leadership and quality improvement projects.

The position offers flexible scheduling, four days per week for full time, with some part-time options, a guaranteed two-year salary with production bonus, a forgivable loan of $200,000, relocation

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine required.
• Ability to work in a team-based care model with NPs and PAs.
• Experience with virtual care and flexible scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and specialists to manage panel patients.
• Support remote video visits from home when needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and leadership initiatives.
