This position is located at one of the various Indian Health Service Hospitals or Clinics under the Navajo Area Office. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a technical expert within the specialty area of Family Practice, providing diagnosis, care, and treatment of patients of all ages.

Your resume must clearly state relevant experience and education to perform the duties of this position. Experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work. For more guidance, a brief video on creating a Federal resume is available.
Degree: MD, DO, or equivalent from an accredited U.S. or Canadian school. Foreign degrees must be recognized as equivalent.
Licensure: Current, active, unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
Graduate Training: At least 1 year of supervised clinical experience post-degree, such as internship or residency, accredited by recognized bodies.
For GS-14, 4 years of graduate training or equivalent experience in Family Medicine/Practice is required.
Applicants must meet the specific board certification or active pursuit of certification as a selective factor.
