Base pay range

$230,000.00/yr - $270,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations on adults, including new patient exams, annual check-ups, and pre-employment assessments.
• Conduct Pap smears, breast exams, and other medical procedures as needed.
• Provide counseling on birth control and prescribe medications accordingly.
• Gather comprehensive medical histories and perform physical exams.
• Document and treat various medical conditions, review lab and imaging results, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Provide health education and document all interactions.
• Respond to patient questions, manage patient complaints, and communicate with pharmacies and specialists.
• Collaborate with staff for patient management and assist in training support staff.
• Manage a full schedule with specified appointment durations, including extended procedures.
• Participate in after-hours call rotation and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Hindi or Bengali required.
• Valid California Provider License; Board-Certified MD or DO.
• First Aid / CPR certification.
• Knowledge of medical assessment, diagnosis, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead clinic operations.
• Compassionate attitude towards underserved communities.
• Experience in community clinics preferred but not required.

Schedule and Setting

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, in-person clinic setting. Full-time employment.
