We are seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physicians for clinic-based positions and core faculty roles in our expanding residency program in Fargo, North Dakota, and Moorhead, Minnesota. Opportunities include:
Fargo, a vibrant city with a small-town feel, offers a diverse, family-oriented community surrounded by beautiful landscapes. It combines quality of life and a low cost of living with a safe, picturesque environment. The area features excellent schools, universities, a lively business scene, and a thriving downtown.
Responsibilities include performing history and physical exams, admitting patients (if applicable), evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and consulting on patients of all ages with various illnesses, diseases, injuries, and mental health conditions affecting multiple systems. This also encompasses pre- and post-operative care of surgical patients and return-to-work assessments.
Requirements include an M.D. or D.O. degree, with clinical experience demonstrated through residency logs, case logs, or recent clinical activity. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency and board certification in Family Medicine are required, with some flexibility for recent graduates or those with equivalent training.
Our competitive package includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401K, disability, life insurance, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, tail coverage, and relocation assistance. The annual base salary ranges from $265,175 to $343,168, with potential for additional earnings based on productivity and incentives. Compensation varies based on experience, education, and scope of practice.
