Sanford Health has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician to provide medical care to patients in Perham, MN, and the surrounding area.

Position Title: Family Medicine Physician

Position Duties: Provide medical services to patients of all ages for medical conditions on an outpatient and inpatient basis, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries common in the general population.

Education: Medical degree or foreign equivalent in Medicine

Training: Family Medicine residency. The duration depends on the completion of the necessary training leading to the Family Medicine residency program.

License: Minnesota state medical license or ability to obtain. BC/BE
