Job Overview

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicinephysician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Oakdale. Come join our well established clinic where you can build the career you want and you and your family can be part of thriving community!

Practice Details:

• 11 provider primary care practice which includes 9 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
• Patient encounters average 15-18patients per day.
• Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
• Call Frequency: 5 weeks per year.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:
