Qualifications
- Experienced Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in Illinois.
- Board certified or eligible.
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the healthcare team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner.
- Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for the specialty area.
- Ability to perform effectively under stressful emergency situations.
- Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and assist in covering vacancies when necessary.

Requirements
- Illinois Medical License or pending.
- Completion of Family Medicine residency; board certified or eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Development of clinical practice.
- Minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Participation in weekend and weekday call.
- Teaching of house staff and medical students as assigned.
