CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team in Jacksonville, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside 6 experienced physicians and 4 APCs, as well as specialty providers in cardiology, vascular, pain management, endocrinology, mammography, gastroenterology, and wound care. Christus Mother Frances Jacksonville is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with full-service imaging and laboratory.

• Shift/Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (half day a week for admin and personal time)
• 100% Outpatient
• The physician must be BC/BE
• Patient volume: 18-22 patients per day
• Family-oriented and patient-centered care
• Lab and X-ray onsite
