CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team in Jacksonville, TX. This is a great opportunity to work alongside 6 experienced physicians and 4 APCs, as well as specialty providers in cardiology, vascular, pain management, endocrinology, mammography, gastroenterology, and wound care. Christus Mother Frances Jacksonville is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with full-service imaging and laboratory facilities.

• Shift/Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with half a day built-in for admin and personal time
• 100% Outpatient
• Physician must be BC/BE
• Patient volume: 18-22 patients per day
• Focus on family-oriented and patient-centered care
• Onsite lab and X-ray services
