Premier Community HealthCare Group in Dade City, FL is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages. You will join a collaborative Care Team dedicated to prevention, treatment, and continuity of care.

The role emphasizes education, coordination of care, and supervision of APRNs and PAs, with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and the community health mission.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and Florida medical license required.
• DEA registration and BLS certification required.
• Board eligibility or board certification preferred.
• Epic certification and annual compliance training may be required.
• Three years of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care, including preventive services and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and health management.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with providers and clinical team members.
• Supervise assigned APRNs and PAs, including chart review and clinical guidance.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient documentation and participate in an after-hours call rotation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and Premier’s community health mission.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 30–50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
• Possible exposure to contagious or infectious diseases.
• Ability to travel between Premier locations as needed.
