Previous work experience is required in the ambulatory care setting. Current licensure as a CRNP or as a Physician Assistant in the State of Alabama. We require an individual who is self-directed and who will accept accountability for their actions.

Job Description

The Certified Physician Extender will work in collaboration with the physician to provide urology/urogynecology care services for patients in Jackson Hospital. This provider will perform inpatient and emergency room consultations and hospital rounding in collaboration with the urologists. They will coordinate care of the patients with the Urologist on-call. Hours are Monday-Friday with no call requirements.
