Job summary

Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Certified Physician Extender (NP or PA) to work with urology/urogyne care in collaboration with the physician. You will perform inpatient and ER consultations and hospital rounding, coordinating care with the on-call Urologist. Hours are Monday–Friday with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program.
• National certification with AANP or NCCPA is required.
• Experience in ambulatory care setting.
• Current CRNP or PA licensure in Alabama.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, plus leadership and organization.
• Self-directed and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide urology/urogyne care in collaboration with the physician.
• Perform inpatient and emergency room consultations and hospital rounds.
• Coordinate patient care with the Urologist on-call.
