Essentia Health's St. Mary's Heart & Vascular Center in Duluth, MN is seeking a cardiology electrophysiologist to join a high-volume EP program.

The role focuses on complex ablations, device management, and collaborative care with cardiology and heart failure teams. The successful candidate will have Board Certified/Eligible EP credentials, expertise in advanced ablation and lead extraction, and a patient-centered approach.

The Opportunity

Join a high-volume electrophysiology program with a strong referral base and full-spectrum electrophysiology care supported by a dedicated EP team. This role offers procedural depth, clinical variety, and opportunities for innovation and program growth.

What You'll Do

• Perform complex ablations including AFib and VT
• Implant and manage cardiac devices (pacemaker, ICD, CRT)
• Provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology care
• Collaborate across cardiology, heart failure, and structural heart teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary $754,385. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
