Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN seeks a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a high-volume EP program at St. Mary’s Heart & Vascular Center. You will perform complex ablations, implant and manage devices, and provide inpatient and outpatient EP care within a collaborative, physician-led team.

Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology with an interest in program development and research; comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Expertise in advanced cardiac ablation and lead extraction techniques.
• Team-oriented, patient-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex ablations including AFib and VT.
• Implant and manage cardiac devices (pacemaker, ICD, CRT).
• Provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology care.
• Collaborate across cardiology, heart failure, and structural heart teams.
• Participate in research and innovation initiatives (optional).
