Details:

1. Schedule: Flexible with 36 direct patient care hours per week, typically four 9.5 or 10-hour days; Clinic hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
2. Call Schedule: Minimal, from Lab in urgent situations.
3. Practice Focus: Busy practice in the Fox Valley focusing on diabetes management and general endocrine care.
4. EMR System: Epic
5. Location: Midway Clinic, Menasha WI, at St Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton.

This position is not in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) but is in a Medically Underserved Area/Populations (MUA/P).
