Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis Northeast is seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join a large, busy practice. The role includes no primary care duties and close collaboration with primary care and specialty physicians to optimize endocrine care.

The successful candidate will have fellowship training in endocrinology and Board certification/eligibility, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary team approaches and strong communication with referring clinicians.

Qualifications

• Indiana medical license required
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Completed a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
• Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with primary care and specialty physicians to provide comprehensive endocrine care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians.
• Provide endocrine consultations and management without primary care duties.

Community Physician Network is seeking an exceptional BE/BC team-oriented & skilled Endocrinologist to serve patients in highly-desirable Northeast Indianapolis. Our collegial group works closely with primary care and specialty care physicians to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes. This physician will join a large and busy practice, which includes well-established Endocrinologists and several nurse practitioners.

• No Primary Care duties
• Onsite access for thyroid ultrasound
• Large Primary Care referral base
• Competitive compensation and benefits package

Licensure & Certification

• Indiana medical license will be required
