New opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to work in one of our Sacramento, CA, based facilities. Our Physician will provide services to inmate patients with a variety of chronic care issues within an urgent care setting.

Shifts Available

1. Full-Time: 8-hour shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm. This shift operates 7 days per week.
2. Part-Time: 8-hour shift from 7am to 3:30pm. This shift operates 1 to 2 days per week.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

1. Current, unencumbered CA License
2. Current BLS certificate
3. Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice
4. 5 years of experience following completion of residency or fellowship training

Desirable Qualifications

1. Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or similar acute care settings for Internal Medicine or Family Practice
2. Experience with addiction medicine and/or alcohol and drug detoxification
3. Experience treating jail/prison inmates or working in a correctional facility
4. Experience treating the homeless or medically indigent
5. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
