• Location: Portage, WI
• Assignment duration: 11/25/2026 - 11/27/2026, + ongoing dates in 2027
• Shift Type: Days, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Cases: 20 patient encounters per shift (40-60 Patients per 24hrs)
• Site Charting System: Not specified
• Trauma Level: 4
• Support Services (24-hour availability where noted): Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR response, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology
• Board Certification: Required (facility indicates board certification is required)
