LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide autonomous, locally controlled care within a physician-owned partnership and a national network of clinicians.

Deliver care across multiple sites in a small community hospital, with a busy ED of ~9,000 annual visits, a collaborative team, comprehensive benefits, and a balanced lifestyle in a charming town.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Having a current Indiana license is a plus.
