Job summary

ACEP Now in Marion, IN is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-acuity care with strong autonomy and a flexible 4-days-on, 8-days-off schedule.

Shifts are 12 hours; compensation ranges $145–$156 per hour with a 10% quarterly incentive, a sign-on bonus, annual commitment bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Completed an Emergency Medicine residency.
• Comfortable managing medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, psychiatric, and traumatic emergencies.
• Strong emergency procedural and critical-thinking skills.
• Value clinical autonomy, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, stabilize, and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries.

We’re hiring an Emergency Medicine Physician who wants strong earning potential and a flexible 4-days-on, 8-days-off schedule that provides meaningful time away from medicine.

You’ll step into an Emergency Medicine role focused on evaluating, stabilizing, and treating patients with acute illnesses and injuries. You’ll manage a broad range of emergency presentations with strong clinical autonomy and support from an experienced multidisciplinary ER team.
