UM BWMC, part of University of Maryland Medical System, seeks a full-time (0.9 FTE) Emergency Medicine Physician to join a high-acuity, physician-led ED in Anne Arundel County, near Baltimore and Annapolis. The role features a stable, single-site practice with 172 shifts annually and 8–8.5 patient hours per shift, emphasizing collaboration and long-term career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe exceptional physicians deserve exceptional support.

Compensation $225,000-$241,000 for a 0.9 FTE Physician, based on years of experience. Compensation is comprised of a guaranteed base salary plus a significant productivity and departmental performance distribution, resulting in a competitive total compensation package.
