Job summary

EGA Associates, LLC seeks a Physician Director to provide clinical leadership and medical oversight at a Primary Care Community Based Outpatient Clinic serving Veterans in Pierre, SD. The role guides care quality, coordination, and compliance with VA standards.

You will supervise the Patient Aligned Care Team, drive clinical improvements, and ensure timely access to both in-person and telehealth services within the clinic, aligning with licensure and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted SD medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and oversight for clinic services.
• Ensure quality and coordination of care for patients.
• Support VA/contract requirements and credentialing standards.
• Lead Patient Aligned Care Team and collaborate with VA staff.
• Maintain documentation, licenses, and privileges.
