Qualifications

• Certification in Blood Banking / Transfusion Medicine or clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood banking/transfusion services and hospital donor center program.
• Lead laboratory staff and improve operational processes.
• Consult on best practices for test and blood product utilization.

Skills

M.D. or equivalent

Board certified in Clinical Pathology

Experience in Blood Banking / Transfusion Medicine

Preference for Clinical Microbiology

Strong clinical pathology background

Education
