Valley Health Medical Group is seeking an Outpatient Behavioral/Developmental Pediatrician to join Valley-Mount Sinai Children's Service and the Kireker Center for Child Development.

The Behavioral/Developmental Pediatrics program offers consultation and professional services within Valley Medical Group and Valley-Mount Sinai Children's Service. The provider will collaborate with two experienced developmental pediatricians to address early childhood development, behavioral, and psychosocial issues, providing consultation, education, and community outreach.
Responsibilities include obtaining comprehensive neurodevelopmental histories, conducting evaluations, and supporting the Medical Director and Clinical Director of the Kireker Center. Participation in departmental and hospital committees and outreach to community groups, including schools and parent organizations, are also expected. The Kireker Center offers speech, physical, and occupational therapies, along with audiology services.
This role is part of a larger multi-specialty group, including providers in Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, and other fields, in collaboration with Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital. Academic appointments at the Icahn School of Medicine are possible based on experience and productivity.
