Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma City seeks a Physician - Critical Care to provide direct patient care in the ICU and to teach residents, fellows, and medical students. The role includes performing endotracheal intubation, central line placement, responding to Code Blue, and collaborating with surgical teams while staying current with advances in critical care.

Applicants must obtain an Oklahoma medical license, be BC/BE in Critical Care, and pursue Board Certification; faculty appointments through OU

Qualifications

• Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Boards certification in Critical Care (BC/BE) or eligibility.
• Board Certification must be pursued within an eligibility timeframe.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Oklahoma medical license prior to employment and be BC/BE in Critical Care.
• Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine - appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience.
• Continued employment will be contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification in the eligibility timeframe of your specialty.
