Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Munster, IN is seeking a dedicated Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a full-time, permanent role with a flexible weekday schedule and a 1:7 call rotation.

The position welcomes board-certified/board-eligible physicians with Indiana license eligibility and experience in EPIC EMR, AI-assisted documentation, and EMR proficiency. The successful candidate will contribute to a premier clinical environment focused on clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in cardiovascular disease.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions (heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, CAD).
• Clinic patients per day: 20-25.
• Call rotation: 1:6.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive tests (2D/3D echo, stress testing, EKG, Holter, cardiac CT/MRI).
• Conduct risk assessments and implement lifestyle/pharmacological interventions.
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons on invasive procedures and post-procedural management.

Responsibilities

• Provide long‑term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease
• Clinic patients per day: 20-25
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests, including 2D/3D echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, Holter monitoring, and cardiac CT/MRI
• Conduct risk assessments and implement lifestyle or pharmacological interventions to prevent the progression of cardiovascular disease
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons to determine when invasive procedures are necessary and provide post‑procedural medical management

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular Disease
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
