Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is hiring an entry-level Billing Associate Specialist for a remote position in the United States. You will manage client billing, ensure procedures align with contracts, review statements, print and mail claims, and scan documents to patient accounts while following up as needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of billing experience. A CRCR certification is required within 6 months, with Epic knowledge being advantageous.

This position pays between $ $17.00 - $18.65/hr based on experience

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Education

• High School Diploma/GED Required

Experience

• 1 to 3 Years
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Certifications

• CRCR Required within 6 months of hire

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Required: 1-2 years' experience physician billing.
• Experience in physician billing operations, compliance and provider relations preferred.
• Insurance Follow-up experience
• Home health care experience (Billing side)
