You will provide virtual based care to Oscar Health Insurance members within designated Oscar states. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients using audio, video, and written forms of communication
You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.
We offer full-time 5-day (8-hour) schedules with day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) shifts available. Both schedules include a rotation to work one weekend every four weeks. Specific shift preferences will be selected during the application process.

This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; or Virginia. The base pay for this role is: $227,226 - $298,233 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits including, but not limited to CME, PTO, 401k, and annual performance bonus.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
