Job summary

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford/ Sanford Emergency Department is seeking a full-time Physician Associate to expand our ED PA program. This provider will work with Emergency Department Physicians in Biddeford and Sanford, including care in our CDU (Observation Unit).

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited PA program, Maine license or eligibility, and preferred ED/EMS experience. Competitive compensation, benefits, and relocation support are offered.

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford/ Sanford Emergency Department is seeking a full-time Physician Associate to expand our current ED PA program. This provider will work alongside our Emergency Department Physicians to provide care in our emergency departments in Biddeford and Sanford, along with providing care in our CDU (Observation Unit). Desired Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree and successful completion of accredited Physician Associate program.

Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.

Experience in Emergency Medicine/EMS is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Ability to effectively triage, organize and prioritize.

Ability to function as part of a team.

Ability to maintain confidentiality

The annual salary range for this position at a 1.00 FTE is $128,177 to $165,876.
