Job Overview

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opening for a Women’s Orthopedic Medical Center (WOMC) Physician Assistant at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. The PA will provide high‑quality care for WOMC (Warrior Operational Medicine and Cardiology) under physician supervision.

Nellis AFB is a 24/7 facility; applicants must be available for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary or specialty medical care under physician supervision.
• Responsible for a regularly appointed clinic and immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems.
• Collect and record medical and social historical data and perform general physical examinations.
• Serve in a mission‑driven role supporting the mental health and readiness of service members.
• Work collaboratively with behavioral health professionals in a structured, team‑oriented environment.

Requirements

• At least 24 months of experience as a Physician Assistant within the last 36 months.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program recognized by the Surgeon General, USAF.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications following American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines.
