Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 24 months experience as a Physician Assistant within the last 36 months.
• Graduate of a Physician Assistant Training Program accredited by ARC-PA or its predecessors.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Evaluate and manage emergent problems in scheduled clinics.
• Perform general physical examinations and record medical history.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opening for a WOMC Physician Assistant to provide high‑quality care for the ER in a 24/7 military medical environment. The PA will assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a fast‑paced setting and must be available for 10‑hour shifts. Customized schedules will be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide primary or specialty medical care under physician supervision.
• Attend regularly scheduled clinics, evaluate and manage emergent problems as they arise.
• Collect and record medical and social history and perform general physical examinations.

Qualifications

• At least 24 months experience as a Physician Assistant within the last 36 months.
• Graduate of a Physician Assistant Training Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC‑PA) or its predecessors, acceptable to the Surgeon General, USAF.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications using American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines.
• Availability for 10‑hour shifts; ability to work 24/7 on a flexible schedule.
