The provider will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care under physician supervision within approved protocols. Minimum qualifications include a master's degree and SC licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current SC state medical licensure or eligibility and/or board certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients’ physical and psychosocial status and develops plans of care.
• Performs examinations, orders tests, and interprets results.
• Prescribes within the practice agreement under supervision.
• Maintains accurate patient records and contributes to patient education.
