Job summary

Lexington Health Heart & Vascular Center, Vascular Surgery is seeking a Physician Assistant for a full-time AM/PM shift (7am–7pm) with on-call duties. The provider will assess and manage patient care, develop treatment plans, and work under physician supervision to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular services to a diverse patient population in Columbia, SC.

Minimum education is a Master's degree with SC licensure and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program.
• SC state medical license or eligibility.
• CPR and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through interview, history, exam, and diagnostic tests.
• Interpret data and develop treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide direct health care services across ages within approved protocols.
• Document patient information clearly and accurately.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
