• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data.
• Record physical findings and formulate plans and prognoses based on patient condition.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate care to meet the holistic, age‑specific needs of patients.
• Foster an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
• Perform physical examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of the physician.
• Discuss cases with the physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plans.
