Job summary

Signature Healthcare in Brockton, MA, seeks a Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Urology practice in a full-time capacity. Work with urologists to deliver comprehensive care for a broad range of conditions in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, performing exams, ordering tests, and developing treatment plans. Prior urology experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential for high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Massachusetts Physician Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure).
• NCCPA certification required.
• DEA registration (or eligibility).
• Previous experience in Urology preferred; surgical or specialty outpatient practice also considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication with patients and colleagues.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic evaluations.
• Perform office-based urologic procedures within scope of practice.
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counseling on treatment options and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the healthcare team to ensure patient care excellence.
• Assist physicians with test results, imaging results, patient questions, and clinical communications.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record.

Physician Assistant – Urology (Full-Time)

Signature Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient Urology practice in Brockton, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

The Physician Assistant will work closely with our urologists to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions.

Responsibilities

Optional Hospital Call Opportunity

• While hospital call is not a requirement of this position, PAs who are interested in additional clinical opportunities may have the option to pick up hospital call shifts for additional compensation.
• This optional opportunity may include weekend or other hospital call shifts, providing flexibility for providers who would like the opportunity to earn additional income while expanding their clinical experience.
